We are friends, colleagues, and sisters of the road, with a shared vision that we individually built through our experiences and practices, which is to share our love for nature and all its teachings.

From there, the inspiration arises to create programs that reflect our vision of what transformational tourism should be, which advocates for minimal environmental impact and engages in more authentic experiences.

These programs reflect our Costa Rican culture, our inner work, and years of observation and sharing with visitors in nature.

As avid travelers, we enjoy having fun and maintaining a balance when we travel, embracing new experiences, stimulating conversations, and moments of introspection.

NATALIA BARRANTES

Natalia is a Costa Rican biologist, nature and heritage interpreter, and a sex educator. She has 17 years of experience facilitating and designing thought provoking programs and interactions between visitors and Costa Rica's cultural and natural heritage. An avid traveler who enjoys the quietness of the forest and the restorative energy of the ocean, "In the pause and observation, I discover my inner self".

As tantra practitioner of the Ananda Marga philosophy for 18 years, she combines the intuitional practices with the wisdom of nature in her journey of self-discovery. An entrepreneur who aims to build community and create new healthy ways for interactions between people and nature.

KATHERINE DÍAZ

Tropical Biologist, Nature Interpreter, and Yoga Teacher (300 HR YTT)

Katherine is an adventurous and passionate naturalist with a nomadic spirit that has driven her to explore the world. With a background in Tropical Biology, she deeply understands the wildness of lush tropical forests. This profound way of experiencing nature caused a shift in the way she perceives the world, something that she loves to share with others through her Nature Interpretation and Forest Bathing.

By using principles of neuroscience and mindfulness, she guides individuals to observe their mental and physical interactions and their connection to the natural world. Fascinated by ancient and modern philosophies, she embarked on a 15-year journey of self-inquiry, delving into alternative healing practices like Yoga, Reiki, Herbalism, and more. Specializing in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Restorative Yoga, her classes focus on alignment and adapting poses to meet individual needs. She loves to convey how yoga as a path of self-knowledge can lead to more self-love. Since 2015, she has led Costa Rica's cultural, adventure, and naturalist-focused travel tours. Inspired by her life's journey, Katherine's teachings provide transformational experiences rooted in social, cultural, environmental, and spiritual awareness.

KEYSHA ARRIAGA

Keysha is a greatly experienced healer, specializing in sound therapy, Watsu therapy and yoga. Her education and qualifications run the gamut, including Chinese medicine, sound therapy, meditation, physiotherapy, Watsu therapy, and other healing modalities. Having worked in Costa Rica, Iceland, the Maldives, Abu Dhabi and Sri Lanka, she is a wellness specialist with a global sensibility.
