FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTION

We recommend arriving in the country at least one day prior to the retreat and departing the day after it ends. If you choose to book a flight on the same day as the retreat ends, please note that Costa Rican regulations require you to be at the airport 3 hours before departure, and it takes 4:30 hours from Selva Armonía to the airport.

We provide group transportation from the airport area to Selva Armonía and back to the airport on the last day. The travel takes a 4.5-hour coach drive.If you want to make your own transportation arrangements let us know prior the start to welcome you directly at the retreat center.

All the meals are included, plus an open juice and elixir bar every day. All meals at the retreat center are vegan. There will be some opportunities to try other local food with non-vegan options available. Please contact us for food restrictions information.

We work with small groups of 15 to 20 people, with two facilitators. The whole resort will be private for our event.

Embracing the singularity of Selva Armonía, we provide different rooms options. The resort is surrounded by rainforest and cooled by the ocean breeze, some of the rooms are equipped with air conditioning and others with ceiling fans. Rooms at Casa Grande and the single Bali rooms have ceiling fans.

Travel arrangements before and after the retreat are not included in the program. Participants should make their own hotel reservations. Since the transfer to the retreat leaves from the airport we recommend that you book a place near by.
